10-Day Uganda Big Safari
Murchison → Kibale → Queen Elizabeth → Bwindi
Kyobe SafarisWild heart. Warm welcome.
Kidepo Valley is Africa's most underrated national park — a remote wilderness in Uganda's far northeast bordering South Sudan and Kenya, with a dramatic landscape that feels nothing like southern Uganda. Cheetah, lion, bat-eared fox and striped hyena roam the Narus Valley. A truly wild, unhurried experience.
A clean summary of the package so travelers can tell at a glance whether it fits their route, pace, and budget.

Three game drives and we didn't see another vehicle. The cheetah on day 2 was breathtaking — completely unhurried, right beside the car.

I've done Serengeti, Kruger and Maasai Mara. Kidepo is as good as any of them and utterly empty. A genuine safari secret.

The drive is an adventure in itself through Acholi and Karamoja regions, but it's 8–9 hours each way. The 45-minute charter flight is worth it for short trips and we recommend it for 4-day packages.
Yes — Kidepo is fully safe for tourists. The park has been secure for over a decade and the remote setting is part of its appeal. Our guides are highly experienced in the region.
The landscape — open arid savannah framed by mountains on three sides. The wildlife mix includes species not found elsewhere in Uganda (cheetah, bat-eared fox, Beisa oryx). And the near-total absence of other tourists.
